after discussing, We came to the conclusion.
Discovery Demoted rick for a invalid Reason, Rick was trying to figure out why a guy was running with a weapon in public.. If he just looked at him and saw "goverment worker" that would have been metagaming, which rick tried no to do.
Therefore
Report reviewed and approved
