Say the standard police car, with a pretty small trunk. Wouldn't be able to have spikestrip(s), car clamp(s), a whole bunch of primary weapons, a few pistols and riot gear.

Maybe have it so you can pull out extra items etc...
Out your trunk on larger cop cars - would add more depth and less trips to the arms locker
