After a conversation with Jessey in-game i came up with a conclusion. The evidence is gone so I have nothing to rely on and there is no evidence of Jessey proppushing. Apparently the wrong player were accused since there was 2 citizens with the same citizen model and Jessey were not the one proppushing (I did not see those citizens at the same time in the video since the view of the camera didn't always look at the correct direction).
I gave the pte access back to Jessey and I request a removal of the blacklist.
