Have you actually read that public thread you claim says the rules were changed? Because it clearly says that rules 12.8 and 12.8a are still in effect.
And no, this blacklist isn't valid at all - the rule was removed without informing anyone of the change, so how was I meant to realise it was gone?
I would now like this blacklist stricken from my record.
