I have a few questions:
1. Does the VP share tax money with the president or he has his own salary?
2. If the president is killed,does the VP automaticaly become president?

The VP also receives tax money.
No, he does not; this is because it'd be far too easy to abuse, imo. A few clan buddies could simply take both spots, and then by basing in two different areas, it'd be practically impossible for someone to dismantle the government in a raid.
