As said before, If editing videos / rendering, uploading, etc... is a "burden" to you, Don't.
If you're starting a Youtube channel, Just be sure that it's for the love of making videos, and not having subscribers.
I have a 4 year old youtube channel, and I have like 30 subs ~
I still keep uploading videos, Because I love doing it. c:

By all means, give it a try.
I've been part of a youtube channel for the past year or so and even though we only have 70 subscribers ( ;_; ) it's a blast as long as you don't take it seriously
