There is a police officer with a AR15 right there in a gunfight.
I think this would be a good idea due to the fact that they use them a lot in america as they have them in the boots of cars. Also as you previously said they are underpowered.

Thats armed response witch US Police done have, they have SWAT aka SRU

If you would of looked at the picture, you would see the front 2 men are armed response, but the guy further back behind the charger is just a simple police officer.

You guys keep saying how it would make SRU useless, but please explain the difference between 7 cops with mp5s and 7 cops with m4a1s.

It's not unrealistic..but as Is often the case,realism isn't always fun :-m4a1s would need a nerd if police were to get them..as ghost mentioned. It's potentially 11 heavily armed guys attacking you...understandably it's 'more realiteyif',but for most people,those odds are just unfair. (Granted that's worst case scenario

mp5=12 damage per shot. m4a1=15 damage per shot.

ak47=25 damage per shot.

ump45=16 damage per shot (SRU gun and more than m4a1)

Galil=18 damage per shot.

Mac 10=15 damage per shot.

Nerf?

Guys, you realise the police wont spawn with this, they'll use their own money. plus the police in FL are underpowered, and just because you can equip it, it doesn't mean that everyone will use it.
