no he said it to me -.- and i still think that 5 months is way to long. 2-3 is good in my opinion. and i never got an answer on why he made the ban longer

You do not decide on the length of your ban, so stop mentioning that. It is not for you to decide.

Stop lying and first saying your friend wrote that, then you and then etc etc. Changing your story several times in an UBR does not help your case at all and it is clear your ban will not be reduced in my opinion.
