If they are continuously pestering you, you could always record it with any video recording software, upload it to YouTube (or something similar), and create a Ban Request on them here. Make sure if you do, use the Ban Request template from here.

As long as they're not asking on OOC or continuously harassing people then I don't really see a problem with it.

As stated before, there is next to nothing wrong with the 'roleplay' they were engaging in. Whilst unorthodox, the best thing to do would simply be to ignore them. What players do with their money is up to them and I highly doubt anyone would donate any significant money anyway.
