So now you have a "Phantom administrator" whose name you can't remember who told you you can do something that is generally against the rules. Am I getting that right?

This is not allowed nor is raiding because of the speedlimit as well. Your story has holes through it which provide evidence Aviator did not partake in such actions. You broke the rules thus providing ample reason for the ban. Ban is under a day.
