+ Support made a suggestion about this too and would really love it, but it needs SCars so its unlikely that we will get it. Unless Temar did an entire switch to SCars which isn't likely and they don't drive to well either.

The one on garrysmod.org needs Scars, yes. The one on workshop doesn't. I don't have Scars installed, yet I can drive this car (from workshop). So yes, it's driveable, no, it doesn't require Scars. From workshop. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=104651870&searchtext=swat+can

I also think it should be bullet proof (or at least reduced damage) as well as taking more damage before blowing up. Does it come with seats in the back that you can get into?

No it doesn't , I think you can do it by your self tho.
