This problem just won't go away.
So far I can't play gmod.
I just hope that I won't endup in the goodbey tread..
I am doing anything I can to get on gmod again.

Did you moved Gmod and all source games needed for it to steam pipe?

Right click on any game in the steam library > Properties > Beta and there you can choose "Steam Pipe". By the way you should try reinstalling the whole steam.
