I sold more than 30 dupes! And all people paying for it 40-50k ! Because its really hard to make this house ! I spent ~60 hours to make it!

If you spent 60 hours on making this house, you don't deserve more than 20k, that means you're terrible at building. Sorry. This is a 30 minutes house at a maximum.
