I've seen plenty of high hour/RP point players and even a few staff members do Bank RP, and I've seen no one banned for it.
You would be banned if you scammed, not for a very small suspicion (very small) of possible scamming and even so you also GIVE people money (for them to pay back later)
As far as I know and seen, this is aloud.

If anything it's better on the forums because in-game the server crashes or you gotta leave, how you gonna get the money? On the forums it's easier to keep track of your money until you get it back.

When storing money 2 things occur:
Every so often just like interest the amount stored will go up.
I note everytime this happens.
