My bad, I was meant to add, just going round doing DriveBy's would be RDM, but as always, if they guy you want to do the DriveBy on agrees, and you set up a proper RP perhaps with civilians nearby as they duck and scream as the jump on the floor.
It would be a cool roleplay, but with in reason.
