For future reference, pay attention to the large red warning that comes up just before Step 4 that says "Important note: Disconnect from the server first, otherwise the automatic donating system will fail to give you the package(s)."

I was just out of Russia and did not want to leave the server because it was crowded and I can `t access it 2:00
