Thread updated with a download link to the Episode 1 and 2 content. I've removed the unnecessary sounds and managed to cut down the size to 600MB.

I tried installing the content packs but id does not seem to work I made a folder called fl content and put everything in there and I still cant see the custom police car texture.

It must be named exactly like this > flcontent then put everything there and it must work.
