The moderators are doing great.

May have to add a little part here during to my experience. Admining/moderating will not be the same, give it a few months and people will be pissed off and probably start to go inactive. I know this and i'm pretty sure its gonna happen again unless you keep the team smooth and adding new people as soon as you think they fit in for the job.

By banning / being around minges for a few months a lot hours a day will get you pissed off sooner or lator :-)

Thats the only thing im worried about could happen.

Moderators is players who don't need to know the "secrets" of FL, they just do what they are told to by the staff. Imagine if all the moderators became admins. First of all it wouldn't only be chaos, but it would be REALLY hard to come up with decisions for the community as everyone would then have different opinions.

Decreased amount of admins with good decisions is better, than increased amount of admins with bad decisions.

Sounds like the moderators are extremely ban happy instead of guiding, talking, teaching the new players how it's done... Or am I wrong?

'Cause the moment someone said the F-word on OOC, he got banned for a day...
