Download it, than extract the archive and put the folder in your addons folder. Rename the info.txt to addon.txt.

Where is the HL2E2 file hosted in because it never loads for me and i live down here in Texas so that might be the problem.

Dont use 4shared, you get 135kbps, use rapidshare its the fastest. But you have to download it after 00:00 GMT, because rapidshare limited downloads to 20gb per day :/

I haven't bought half life 2, or Cs
, it may be because i have downloaded many content packs, for guns and stuff, which may be why i can aim with my gun and that, which you couldn't usually do without HL2 and CS:S

I put the map in the map folder
Put the extracted HL2 folder into C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons folder
Put the material fix into the C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod folder
Make a folder called flcomtent and extract the content pack into that in the (C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons folder
Put the spawnlsits in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod\settings\spawnlist folder
Yet I still get error messages on the evocity props, like the TV's and such and I still have download a few things like fog and yellow lazer every time I log on.
