Title of Bug: Characters have lost the ability to process alcohol
Description:
When consuming the item "Alcoholic beverage" the post processing effect added never clears.
I'm unsure if this bug effects the other "Alcoholic" drinks in the gamemode

That doesn't make any logical sense, all the other drugs wear off but after a beer I can't sober up until i've drank water?

I thought of making new thread but I'll just reply here
Bug: Drunk visual effect applies everytime it rains on the map. You have to be standing outside and looking up (usually giving you raindrop effect). Instead of raindrops you experience "drunk effect". Looking down (not getting raindrops anymore) will remove the effect.
I wasn't drunk at the time and I tried drinking water during the bug. It didn't remove it.
Changing job doesn't remove the bug.
tldr: bug will activate drunk vision everytime it rains if you were drunk before in the same session
