Description: Basicly make a Search Function in the database.
Why: When finding someone's name or license plate, it takes forever, and a search function would make it so much easier.
With this being approved (https://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=79167), i think it would be really nice to have a search function of searching up licenseplates & names to get all the information. (ID, Name, License Plate, Wanted, Warrant) and so on.

Woud be usefull if the server is full, instead off scrolling and looking for the name your lookin for.

+Support, I think an overhaul is needed for the police computer, some functions like the warrant button don't work. Good idea.
