If the admins refunded you they'd have to refund everybody on the server for every item they lose from now on.
And to be honest this was your own fault you ran in front of the van and continued to move in its direction.
In my opinion no refunds should be given you should intend to be more careful and listen to cars.

Yea great, this happpens to me all the time. The next thing you'll be doing is asking for refunds for what you lost in a gun fight.
