Gun shop - SoulRipper - 01-19-2014
Well, not very unique, but I've made a gunshop. It was a huge success, made 18k profit in under an hour! The building was relatively simple, so even you can make this with a proplimit of 40.
All guns had a detailed description below them.

Co-operating with another gun dealer, named Tank (helped decorating too). The chef was delivering a Pizza Salami on request.

I like it when gun shops look like this. Some players just put a door and a keypad and consider it their shop.

Not to be a dick or anything but ehm, I made this dupe a long while back. Pardon me if I am wrong, but it looks awfully alike(as in identical), I could be wrong though.

You're missing the key part, the sign that says "gunzz" in a material which makes your eyes explode.
