When I spawn in a dupe, quite a few props don't spawn with their proper material or colour, just plain white blocks.
I have noticed that it is only the props that have been made through the stacker tool behave like this and I have no idea how to fix it.
For now, I'm just not using the stacker tool.

Hello Obsidial!
Are you using the Smart Weld tool or just the general Weld tool when saving your dupes? and this is often an issue with the Stacker tool itself, despite replicating the prop, it often doesn't replicate the material, not the 'Shadow Remover' effect. The best outcome for this is to just go around re-materializing the props before starting your roleplay.
Hope this helps!

Just Repaint the Prop with the used material after you spawned it...
