Summary: I was getting hostaged by this guy when I noticed his In-character name was Saddam "Hussien" Nassri and he was a real life extremist. Although the name doesn't specify exactly who this is intended to be, I think this shows quite and obvious/deliberate reference to the real Saddam Hussein. I checked the rules and Rule 2.2 clearly states "Extremist role-plays are only allowed when they do not reference any real-life extremist groups/leaders, and you have admin permission".

Upon investigation, the player has been found breaching the following rules:
2.2 Extremist roleplays are only allowed when they do not reference real-life extremist groups/leaders, and you have admin permission.
2.2a These include, but are not limited to: "Adolf Hitler, Osama Bin Laden, ISIS, etc."

Since the accused player has already amassed 9 bans, this one (his 10th) will be for a month.
