Summary: Basically, I was driving up to the Villa and I crashed, So I went on the Forums for 8 mins then came back to walk to my car and retrieve it. I was on Bar Road, about to cross and this BMW speeds up to me and hits me when i was crossing. So I thought oh okay, I might wait just in case a paramedic comes on.

Then Nuka done "/me Starts dragging the body" so I thought I better stay as they going to do a RP or something like that.Nuka punched me once. Then the cop on the Left (Elfons) starts to shot me. SO I started to get screenshots.

Then I died, Then the cop on the Right (Nuka) starts shooting me with a MP5 after I was dead until he ran out of bullets and had to reload. The cop of the left started to shot me again multiple times.

Then they turned around and drove off over the body.

3 Minutes later, I was outside the apartments just waiting for my NLR timer and the BMW comes up with nuka in it, Not Elfons. He said "Get in the Car", I said "No" and walked in and closed the door. As I walked in, I heard a gun getting loaded and getting pulled out. He shot off the door and Shouted "Get in the fucking car". So I followed FearRp and got in the car.

He drove me back to the place I died, I told him, He broke the rules and I was posting a BR up on him. He never liked it and said he was doing a "Hiding the Body Rp (Or something like that)" and I asked by keep shooting him.

He turned around and drove back and dropped me off at The Pool Tunnel. 

Then later on Nuka said this "Nuka: like most, I come here to have fun, darkside, and if I was looking for the kind of server where fun is off, I'd be on HL2 xD"

"Nuka: bet darkside is having the time of is life, collecting steamIDs and writing"      (Don't Have evidence of this)


Nuka also broke Rule  12.10 *UPDATED* Official Government units can not wear any other clothing than their uniform, or use non-government vehicles,                                   unless they are undercover.

If you feel this way and as shown by the logs/evidence provided, you broke rules and clearly have no regard for them, the server or the community itself at all.
