Thread Title: Report: FearRP was not followed correctly, evidentally leading to the death and loss of my MP5 with 1 Rifle Ammo.

Summary: I was with my friend in our base with our contraband, I hear dallot008 outside complaining about the RT Camera and because we have contraband in our house, I go out with a weapon to get him to leave (a fair thing to do as we didn't want to draw too much attention to ourselves), I pull out a gun first and tell him to leave where he pulls out a gun shooting me.
This evidence shows that:
2.1a You cannot attack a person who has a gun (or stun gun) pointed at you.
2.1b You cannot draw a weapon when someone has you at gunpoint or in striking distance of a melee weapon.
