Running any adblock (or similar) plugins? Might be that blocking some of the banners.
They're most definitely there, it's just you not seeing them.

I'm using AdBlock and I can see them, but not on my school-computer which has uBlock instead.

I have uBlock not adblock, and that was the problem.
