(He said that reading this thread was "Not worth his time" when I linked him in order to give him an oppurtunity to defend himself)

My reasoning behind arguing with his orders: OOCly, I knew that the player was failRPing and refused to be an accessory to that. ICly, My character is not one who beleives the first thing he is told, which is why I had asked for written proof. That and the guy was armed outside of the soon-to-be Police Station

If the accused player does have a forum account, I would like them to have a chance to defend him/herself before a ruling is made. One bad role-play experience with them should not and will not change the kind of person I am, which is that I am a strong believer that a person is infact innocent until proven guilty, supported by the fact that I view everyone as a part of my "extended family" here at Fearless, unless I have any reason to believe otherwise
