Unless you have proof that he stood on you afterwards there is nothing wrong. Yes he did stand on you but he then asked what happens if I stand on him and backed off.

I understand that he stood on you but if he repeated the offence after being told to not do that then its against the rules.

We warned him many times, Pear even proceeded to yell at him telling him to stop

I told him quite a couple of times to get off the body, which he didn't do. After that he suddenly got "waking call" and stopped standing on it.

Well like I said I see him standing on the body and asking "What will happen if I stand on him" and after that he got off and didnt get back on. So unless you can prove that you warned him before hand and/or he walked back onto your body then nothing can really be done.
