Assassin hero was basing with Nighthawkd and 2-3 others as a BMD which is agaisnt the rules considering Nighthawkd was a "Drug Lord" which is a "Mercenary group" [9.8 9.8a]

Assassin hero claimed that they werent technically "Basing" although it was blatant that that was the case. [1.12]

(Nighthawkd claimed to have talked to an Admin who said that this was legal and within the rules it would be nice if that admin could verify that he talked to Nighthawkd.)

Leave it up for AssassinHero if you want. Just remove NightHawkds name from it and what he has possibly done wrong.
