Player report approved. The player in question Repous, was found breaking rules regarding Insulting players in OOC, for transparency sake I will let you know that although he has done this, it is not severe. If this really does offend you I am sorry but he will not be receiving a ban for one outburst. He will however like anyone else that had done this receive a 1 hour OOC blacklist. Thank you for posting this report.
