Summary: My friend and I were RPing as car thiefs and stole Bengasi.Africa's car. We drove it to our chop shop and repeatedly Pm'd him stating that we have his car and he would have to pay us to get it back, to no response. After a while of waiting, the car suddenly disappeared and I noticed in the chat that Bengasi.Africa he re-logged to receive his car back.
Evidence: Unfortunately, I wasn't able to record pictures or footage of us with the car, but I do have a picture including the PM and him re-logging. http://imgur.com/jyVwd4o
