This was in the console when I joined the server, I logged on and hit console (then copy+pate).

Also when I join the server and hit 'space' to spawn, it sends me back to the loading screen (which gets quite annoying) :/

For your second issue, generally the best thing to do is wait for the red message ('If you are stuck here, it means the gamemode has crashed etc') to disappear, so that all you see is black and white, similar to when you die.

I also recommend not pressing space but left or right click as those buttons don't do it.

This is because you don't have the custom font files. Not sure how you get them either. It would be cause from someone typing something in chat.

This is a recent bug where looking at a car won't display a name for the vehicle.

NOTE: I have limited lua knowledge, but I can decipher code decently. That's what it shows for me anyway.
