Server had only came up after a crash. Therefor permission has to be acquired again if I'm right?

Yes/no its kind of a gray area rule really. Rule is a little unclear so he might have gotten permission earlier. I would rather just a warning thats why I have sent him a PM.

As long as its realistic to city RP and not in the way it shouldn't be a problem.

The bigger issue is there is a blackmarket shop right across the street from a government building haha.

Alright, I'm happy for the report for public building to go ahead and be denied and an warning issued as said.

With the BMD shop that would be 'Red Knight' shown in the leaderboard.
