Staff member who blacklisted you:  [FL:M] Nevy

Reason why you should be unblacklisted: Judaism isn't a race. The staff member didn't even know why I said, he did not read the chat

If you can't take dark jokes from the past, oh well.

Judaism is not a race, however it is a culture and the derogatory use of the word "jew" in an aggressive or purposely discriminatory way falls under the same explanation of racism.

Racism is: the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.

As well as: prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.

Other terms that fall under the catagory of racism include: racial discrimination, racialism, racial prejudice, xenophobia, chauvinism, bigotry, casteism.

Edit: Wow I didn't even realize at first what you were responding to when you put it, that is obviously not appropriate.

The Crow "why else would there be a gas chamber?"
Mr.Bon "Jews"

This was very inappropriate and offensive.

Someone asked why there were Gas Chambers, in a serious manner, and you replied by saying "Jews"

Completely justified blacklist.

A quote from a comedian has no merit value in this argument. This is what the server rules are. The kind of reply just shows you know you broke a server rule but feel it is dumb because of your own feelings. This however doesn't change the fact that it is, and will always be a rule.

Denied.
User broke the rules and has failed to prove his innocence. Posting a picture with a quote from a famous comedian does not mean we'll unban you.
You crossed the line, and we suggest you refrain from doing this again.
Sincerely, Enzyme
