Reason why you should be unblacklisted: Well I was playing on v2d and I was SRU. Then Near the elevator someone was shooting and I died near the nexus stairs which leads to the garage. Then I spawned and went out through the garage and then into the nexus lobby desk. Then there was some random trespasser who ran fast and into the elevator and I ran in also. Then the elevator started going up and I handcuffed him and then I was about to radio an arrest warrant when then I got blacklisted. I think this is an unfair blacklist because I died near the stairs and not in the elevator.
