Decent PC tbh for the price range, would probably go for a more expensve GPU (Gtx 760 is only £160 atm, £30 more than that one) and get a WD Green hard drive, Seagate Barracudas are notorious for going wrong after a year or so.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nvidia-GeForce-D...ia+gtx+760 - Gtx 760, Asus

http://www.amazon.co.uk/3-5-inch-Includi...+green+1tb - WD Green 1TB HDD

those two parts increase the budget by about £20 on the one seen above but will give a noticeable performance increase Tounge

I'd agree with Barkles, maybe if you did follow that guide get a cheaper case for the time being until you can get a bigger one, that way, you'll have more money to slightly boost the components you plan to buy.
Kind Regards,
Wood.

I've decided to just wait until next year when I have more money.

Whether or not you still buy it, never buy the WD Green HDD. Their green editions are fairly poorly designed, sacrificing reliability to save a tiny bit of power. Go for the blue editions if you must buy WD.

This is probably the best you'lll get for under 400 pounds. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MOAN005Fvw

Waiting is much better.
