Summary: So, me and Lolipop were having an argument OOC due to the fact that he shot me when I was trying to move my car away from the radio so I could hear what he was saying. We shouldn't have been having this argument and as a result, I've been punished however arguements work both ways, I've been issued a 1 day ban and a blacklist for 40 minutes from OOC, lolipop has a history of player disrespect too, so surely my ban and blacklist should either be lifted, or lolipop should also be issued the same punishment as me.
Evidence:: The logs will supply evidence of the OOC argument in question I do also have several screen shots of the logs.

Now finally, don't get me wrong. I'm not condoning my actions, I shouldn't have acted like that in OOC, and it was an evident rule break, I've also done that before however, lolipop also must be punished, otherwise I'll be posting an un ban request too.
