Reason why you should be unblacklisted: This is absolutely ridiculous. Beanpole the Elf (a friend of mine) and I waited outside of our target's base and waited to hear the contraband before going in. That is always our standard procedure. We were sitting outside of there for a while before it went off. After hearing it make more cash, we entered the house, killed the occupant, and destroyed his contraband. I have been blacklisted from weapons for four hours for "raiding with an invalid reason." How is this reason invalid? I myself have witnessed Sir Crow together with BlackDog raiding people off of hearing contraband in the past (one of these times being against me and Aukoc). Hell, all FUMUKU ever does is base it off of "hearing contraband!" If BlackDog and those FUMUKU guys can camp out and listen for contraband and we can't, that is beyond unfair. Attached are screenshots of a private message conversation between Sir Crow and I after the raid.

The difference is quite simple. FUMUKU is part of the government. Contraband is illegal, they help out the government. It's almost a STING operation. FUMUKU rarely blows up the contraband. They take it and store it in the area of their choice. This prevents anymore law breakage, making their, and the rest of the government's job easier.

You are a criminal raiding JUST because they have contraband. You killed the rebel, who was unarmed, and shot his contraband. There had been no RP involved, which is in the street crime rules- Rule 9. If you're going to raid someone for the contraband/weed/what ever, you need a place to store the stolen goods, not just shoot it because you can.
