Operation White Forest:
During post war America, June 1948. Operation White Forest was initiated by the United Stated military as an expansion to its weapons research and production capabilities in preparation against the forever growing eastern threat and the believed to be, inevitable war. 9 years later the project was complete and standing strong with over 9,000 employees, a series of state of the art missile bases, research facilities and factories, Project White Forest was responsible for a 70% of the country’s military ordnance, armour and homeland security. In the late 80's, tensions between two superpowers were gradually released and through redundancy, one by one the facilities were shut down. Many were converted into museums, sold off to small businesses or simply demolished but a handful in the Evocity area were sealed off and left dormant.

G.V.Tempski:
British born but of Ukrainian decent, Tempski was orphaned at a young age and was raised by his privateer uncle in during the 80’s, traveling all around eastern Europe following wherever the conflict took them and as a result, Tempski spent his entire childhood growing up in war zones. While still too young to be on the front line, he picked up all the odd jobs around the camp, primarily cleaning and repairing the weapons which, over time he became very skilled at. In 1992 the Bosnian war started and NATO declared and arms embargo on country in an attempt to choke off the rebels supply lines. Tempski’s once legitimate band of mercenaries now found themselves smuggling munitions over the boarders by any means necessary in pursuit of the wealth offered by the high paying rebel army and the skyrocketing weapons demands. After 18 months of smuggling and a series small skirmishes with NATO forces, the privateers were brought to their knees after a nighttime raid on their camp went sour and were forced to surrender. After two years in military custody and through unknown terms, Von Tempski was released from custody, pardoned from all charges and given citizenship to retire in Evocity with his fortune.
White Forest Technologies:
In 2014, Gustavus Von Tempski unexpectedly came out of retirement and bought out all the decayed, graffiti covered White Forest facilities, set them on course for restoration and launched a company under the name of the facility's old operation. White Forest Technologies was born.

White Forest designed munitions and combat equipment are used militaries and law enforcement agencies around the world. Our engineers always strive to bring smart, new ideas and products to the industry in order to live up to our motto, Motivation, Innovation. White Forest designs and manufactures everything from small arms to howitzers to anti-aircraft.

Not only does White Forest innovate in weapons development, but also exceeds in arms manufacturing and distribution. Catering for primarily Asian and middle-eastern clients where there is no shortage of conflict. All products are manufactured here in EvoCity's industrial park, where they are then couriered over to a local airstrip and shipped off around the world. In the occasional event of excess stock, White Forest will also sell there products locally to licensed individuals or business'.
Security Services:
The latest service offered by White Forest branches is that of security and given EvoCity's long history of violence it was considered a worthwhile venture. White Forest agents and be contracted to perform any security objective such as HVT Protection (static and escorts), compound security and law enforcement support. These services are open to any person or company that requires them. For more details, contact the Defence coordinator or Company Director.

Private and public relations officer:
The PPRO is responsible for maintaining the public image of the company via use of physical and online presence, company branding and assisting the Company Director in communication with other local business. Within White Forest, the PPRO runs the entire administrative side of the company and acts as human resources, advising and implementing policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the organisation.

Company Doctor/Medical consultant:
The Company Doctor is responsible for the physical and mental health of all employees, ensuring that they are all not only fit for service, but in the best possible condition. The Company Doctor is also required to conduct routine tests at his/her discretion to achieve this. Lastly, the CD will also be required in combat situations, responsible for aiding any defence Agents and being the first on scene.

Armourer/Inventory Manager:
The armorer manages the company's inventory, assets and keeps a record of all stock moves.

Defence jobs:
Defence Coordinator(DC):
The Defence Coordinator's role within the company it to oversee and run the entirety of White Forest’s protection and security details. Receives his/her orders from the director and creates SMEAC technique briefings accordingly to deliver before every operation. The company's Subordinates receive instructions from the Coordinator and communicate any updates or issues that need addressing.

Defence Subordinate(DS):
The Defence Subordinate coordinates a sub team detail consisting of 2-4 team members within the defence department. Not only are they there to lead their detail in combat situations but are also responsible for their welfare, attendance and overall standards of anyone under their command. To achieve this, they can conduct interviews and monthly performance reviews are submitted to the Defence Coordinator(DC).

Defence Agent(DA):
Defence Agents make up the main body of the company. They are each assigned to their own detail and subordinate who is responsible for their attendance, welfare and overall standards. Being a DA is the prerequisite to becoming a Defence Subordinate which is achieved via ether email (posting below) or handed to the Defence Coordinator in person (PM if you want it done privately). Defence Agents come in two basic ranks:
Tier one:
T1 Agents are typically new employees which are yet to fall into and understand the set up and rhythm of the company.
Tier Two
Agents are promoted to T2 once they have shown an understanding of the inner workings of White Forest and have proven their employment to be valuable to the organisation. A T1 promotion to T2 is the only progression within White Forest that is done purely by the Subordinates and management meaning it does not require any form of application. Only T2 agents are eligible for further promotion.

- The ability to work as a team and follow instructions without deviation.
- An in date WHT qualification in at one least widely used assault rifle. (Enquire if unsure).

Part time positions:
Working part time at White Forest allows individuals the opportunity to have a career with us, without leaving their current organisation (no clan tag required, confirm with your clan owner before applying)
Warning: Part time employees are subject to extensive background checks before employment.
Secretary:
The secretaries are essential to the to the everyday running of the company in assisting full time employees with various office jobs and running the front desk. This takes some of the administrative workflow from the defence agents freeing them up to do more work relevant to their actual job.

Fort Orion
Fort Orion serves as White Forest's primary base of operations in the 2d area. The Fort Orion compound is split into two buildings: A public address tower consisting of a reception desk, waiting lounge and two conference rooms. The second is a private White Forest building fully equipped with medical facilities, an armoury, detention center, employee lounge and 8 separate offices. Built with state of the art technology out of the derelict shell of an industrial era factory, Fort Orion is a true architectural clash of two very difference centuries...
