[answered] (possible) Clientside bug

A few weeks ago i had to completely reset my computer due to a serious internal error. I had to reinstall all my games including Gmod. Since then when i press Q (the proppage for me) the actual page does show up, but almost no props are displayed.

Here is an example:

As you can see, only the "useful city rp props" tab shows up but all the others are just gone. This prevents me from spawning any props (except the cityRP alphabet) this way. I can spawn dupes normally and i dont see any errors.
I joined some random servers and experienced the same problem there. Is this an actual bug or did i accidently press an option? 

I already tried "verify game cache" on steam, but that didnt work. I can ofcourse reinstall the game but i wanted to ask first if someone recognizes this and maybe offer a less "extreme" solution, because i dont want to reinstall all the workshop stuff.

Definitely a client-side problem.

You're probably missing the spawnlist files. Check what files you have in the following directory:
Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\settings\spawnlist\

If you don't see any files or see very few the solution is to get them from someone that still has the files, that's the easiest way.

I zipped up my own spawnlist files and uploaded it here:

Download the zip and unzip the contents in this directory:
Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\settings\spawnlist\
