Link to the 'rep' page

I'm sure you all know about/have a link to your rep page, with a little message like
"Did I help you? +rep me!", or
"Don't not click here"

Or something to that degree. Because I am much n00b, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get that link.
It's something extremely obvious, isn't it. 

If someone could 
a) Explain how I would find the link (I know about hyperlinks and all that for creating a message)
b) Give me the link

From what i have seen most people just use there personal page, this seems to be yours:

You can just put the link into a word (for example "rate me").

To be more define you have the link to your rep page.

You copy that link and then you press on the "link" button. The link button is the small chain with a green plus on it next to the mail icon.

Then you fill the link in and under you fill in the custom text of yours.

You can only get the option to make a custom link by being in Edit or Preview Reply.

It seems I've done this before, but when I press others' links it takes me to a small link in which just the option to rate them appears, rather than a list of who's rated them.

[EDIT:] This is what I had in mind (I used the black pen on snip-it, so sorry about the sh*t censoring of the user's name.), in terms of the link it directs you to. Perhaps it's just on the account holder's side, where it takes you to the list of reps.
