Summary: When I was driving around I saw Hornisfrost in a blue minivan surrounded by injured bodies. I then saw attempt to run over another person (Citizen shooting his car). After crushing myself trying to move my crown vic I had to wait 5 mins for NLR. When I was waiting he ran over me and began standing on me. When I drove back to the Nexus after getting my car there he was again running over a cop with a injured body on the curb.

Logs will help show most of it. I didn't get screen cap of him stepping on me, but he did punch me while I was down.

pls ban him he rdms and failrps he is a minge. I also have reason to believe him and graddle are brothers (they admitted) and they are as bad as each other doing countless rdm and all that. i have seen pretty much every offence thee is made by them but its amazing how they arent banned as they never rp.(he even self supplies)
