Summary: After stopping a taxi driver after he damaged a parked vehicle with wreckless driving, he decided to attempt to evade (failrp in my opinion as this is not something a taxi driver would do) and then broke fearrp by driving his vehicle into me with a weapon ready to fire at him, I did end up killing him just as he killed me. At this point he return straight away (NLR) where he broke fearrp again after other officers tried to stop him.
