Halp.

I had a complete desktop cleanup yesterday. I deleted a few things that I beleive were not important,
I went on to clear the desktop deleting folders that had random stuff in,

apparently, I deleted some kind of materials.

You have CSS Correct? (Im sure its a yes) Try to re-install CSS, that may work.
