Summary: So basically, as a bit of background I got lured out my car by Xtremefighter as he provoked a reaction out of a thug, I got out my car, he got in his, he then told me to turn around then he went pedal to the floor and CDM'd me, I don't like this kind of roleplay so I put my fraps on, when I was out looking for my car which he promptly stole after CDMing me this happened : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_SU8zWa...-eONRh9GRA

You can also see in the video that when the car has crashed it is empty.


I'd say the rules he broke here are attempted CDM and NLR.

Oh this one, i was driving in my car as a citizen and was planning to switch to corleone with my friends so when i arrived at the vilas i switched jobs this might have been weird for you but it is true.

Well Bobbie how am I meant to believe that when you have a record of CDMing me, although I didn't record it there will still technically be proof in the logs, it just feels like you were CDMing and minging that day
