P.S, I know he has only joined fearless RP but I asked him when I saw his if he knows the rules and he said he did, we told him loads of times to stop breaking fear the first time he did it but he did not listen so I had no choice but to post a BR on him. I did call an admin over because he said only admins can tell me that i'm breaking the rules but admin never turned up.
