I have no idea why but all my TDM textures look like the picture below, (the picture below is a Ferrari) so if anyone knows what is wrong it would be nice if you could help!

EDIT: Fixed it! Changed model quality to HIGH Cheese

How do you set the quality to high? Im having the same issue

I'm not exactly sure, I changed mine in my advanced video settings, after I set it to high I just restarted my game and it worked fine.

Yes you just press ESC in game goto options, then goto video then click Advanced. Once in there change your model detail to high and restart your game and you should be good to go.
