Atmos weather mod issue
#11
I have found out a fix for this!

- Close Gmod
- Go to Steam - > Library - > Right click Gmod - > Properties - > Set Launch Options
- Put only this in here: -dxlevel 95
- Start Gmod and wait for the main menu to appear.
- Close gmod again and remove the thing you've added in the launch options.
- Now start Gmod again and it should work (atleast for me)

Worked for me! Thank you very much, Soul! Now the sky isn't unbearable during sun rise/set.

Necrobumping this.

This fix worked before, but after I reinstalled GMOD I found myself having ATMOS issues again. Tried this fix several times but the sky is either pitch white or pitch black sadly.

I've:
Launched game > Closed > launch options > -dxlevel 95 > launch > close > remove -dxlevel 95 > launch

Sadly didn't work at all. Any ideas?

(Tested this on singleplayer, not sure if that makes a difference at all)

Enzyme, just a guess but try using a lower dxlevel (not sure which bug Google it and find a very low one) then launch, close, then do the dxlevel 95 trick.

I am having some issues. For some reason I am missing certain files from the storm feature of atmos. When a storm starts my console goes crazy with red error messages as well as me lagging. I mean. It's not unbearable but it is annoying.
